Welcome to the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood, a place where you will find inspiration in the richness of diverse beliefs and the power of community.
For over 100 years, we have offered a caring religious community — and a great place for adults and children to find fellowship, inspiration, and a deeper meaning to life. We welcome and respect difference and diversity, and encourage personal spiritual growth and social action.
A general introduction to USR and Unitarian Universalism can be found in our Resource Handbook. Of particular interest to newcomers may be the following: Covenant Groups, Adult Religious Education classes, and social justice activities and events. A Newcomers Breakfast is offered a few times each year – new members and regular attendees alike are welcome to come and find out more about Unitarian Universalism. We offer regularly scheduled films on social justice issues, exceptional concerts and art exhibitions. And during the springtime the interfaith Softball League is another way to meet new people and have some fun in the process.
