We have a new COVID policy, proposed by the Safe Congregation Response Team and affirmed by the Board of Trustees.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have endeavored to balance caution and welcome, and the below policy is where we find ourselves today: open to all regardless of vaccination, but with a strident and vociferous message endorsing vaccinations, boosts, and masking.
We continue to encourage you to ensure that you and your whole family of all ages are vaccinated and boosted according to the CDC’s guidelines.
We continue to recommend masking for maximum safety, especially in times of high transmission and/or high COVID threat levels.
The leadership of USR will monitor the ongoing situation, making adjustments as needed, and alerting the congregation in a timely manner if there are changes.
