Since the 1960s, the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood has supported programs in our neighboring town of Paterson. Citizens for Swimming, a program of CAMP YDP in Paterson, provides children nine days of water fun in Ridgewood’s local pool as well as swimming lessons by YMCA swim instructors. USR helps give city kids much needed summer heat relief and invaluable skills for water safety.
