As your Ministerial Search Committee prepares to recommend a ministerial candidate to the membership of the Society, this is a time to reflect on how to make the next settled ministry successful. Choosing the right ministerial candidate is important. Just as important is the readiness of the membership to do its part to have a successful ministry.
The Sunday address will be “The Care and Feeding of the Ministry,” by Rev. Dr. Anthony P. Johnson, Interim Minister. Members of the Transition Team will facilitate small groups discussions following the service.
